Crash & Boom Ea by means of Stochastic

Good Day.

 I am looking for a trading bot and indicator that can work on all crash and boom markets.

The bot must have the following function:

Crash: 

Automatic scalping by means of looking at the Stochastic Oscillator, just after the K and D graph lines have crossed on a uptrend on the  Stochastic Oscillator and it must close the trade after 3 pips(To be adjustable), Stochastic is set up on 5,3,3(To be adjustable)and no trades must take place when the RSI is above 50, But it must be adjustable.

Boom: 

Automatic scalping by means of looking at the Stochastic Oscillator, just after the K and D graph lines have crossed on a downtrend on the  Stochastic Oscillator and it must close the trade after 3 pips(To be adjustable), Stochastic is set up on 5,3,3.(To be adjustable)and no trades must take place when the RSI is below 50, But it must be adjustable.

If possible for the bot to look at following as well to determine if the market is good or bad bad by menas of EMA:

Nortac Supply and demand to look out for support and resistances.

Double Exponential Moving Average: Period=50, Shift=0, Apply to=Close

Triple Exponential Moving Average: Period=200, Shift=0, Apply to=Close

Moving Average: Period=50, Shift=0, Apply to=Smoothed

Moving Average: Period=200, Shift=0, Apply to=Smoothed

Trade to open once the market is in the above mentioned criteria, to start within 5 seconds once the new one minute candle is opened. To be adjustable to current, 1m, 5m, 15m and 30.
