Open a position after two positions get opened in the same direction

I am looking for a utility, that would open my manual position, when two trades are opened from my other accounts on the same forex pair.
For instance:
A buy position is opened on one account on AUDCAD. The program should watch, when on other account same pair is opened in the same direction (buy in this case). When this happens, the robot should open a position on the third account on the same pair in the same direction (buy).
When either of two original positions closes or one of the watched accounts open the position in the opposite direction, I would like to close my third position as well.
