EA based on HMA indcator (non repainting)

Hello there. I have a indicator that i would like to automate in an EA so it trades automatically based on these indicatorsettings and signals. So the EA should act based on a "hull moving average indicator (non repainting)". So the idea is that the EA should close the previous order when the trend changes and open a new in the opposite direction instead,  so in this way it will always only be one trade open at the time. The position should always be closed when the trade changes and a new should always be open when a new trend starts. I lack programing/coding skills so i would be happy if anyone could help me with this task. I dont have the sourcefile for the indicator so i dont know if the ex4 file will help or the indicator and ea need to be made totally from scratch? I will attach the indicator file here so you can see how it works.

Indicator (Settings i want to be able to choose from the indicator that i also have today)

Price to use: Close, Open, High, Low, Median, Typical, Weighted, Average (High+low+ open+close)/4, Average median body (open+close)/2, Trend biased price, Trend biased (extreme) price, Heiken ashi Close, Heiken ashi open, Heiken ashi high, Heiken ashi low, Heiken ashi median, Heiken ashi typical, Heiken ashi weighted, Heiken ashi average, Heiken ashi median body, Heiken ashi trend biased price, Heiken ashi trend biased (extreme) price.(^These are the options i can have in the indicator atm, would be nice to have all of these but i dont know if that will be to much work. If so the "heiken ashi average" will be the pick for this category.)

HMA average type: SMA, LWMA, EMA, TEMA

HMA period: 1-50

HMA Speed: 0-10


Displaysettings

Uptrend color: Costom

Downtrend color: Costom

Line width: 1-5


Potitionsizing

Method: Manual lotsize, % of balance, % of equity, % of free margin

Value: 1-100

Account protection

Drawdownlimit: ON/OFF (Ea will turn off if active marketorder drawdown more than x %)

Value: 1-100 : %

Spreadlimit: ON/OFF (EA will not place any new orders if the spread exced this value even if a new trend started) (But the EA It will enter the trend and the market as fast as possible when the spread is under the desired spreadvalue)

Value: 0-100

Alerts

Trades (Alert when ea open a new order)

Email: ON/OFF

Errors (Alert when ea get error, possible?)

Email: ON/OFF

I think i captured the most but there could also be details that need to be discused in the project so i would be happy to match with someone who got some experiance and feel comfortable to wrap this up. I will be happy to cooperate and anwser questions as fast as possible to follow through the project as afficient as possible. Since i dont have very much experience in coding its hard for me to know the fair and correct time and price for the project, i want to be fair and if your intressted you also need to tell me whats reasonable in this case if the value goes over the negotiable budget that been set in this proposal. thank you for your understanding and i hope to hear from you soon.
