Stochastic Indicator special divergence

Hello mql5 coder.

i need an modified version of the stochastic indicator i need to get an arrow on candle close.

We dont need the signal line for that. 
When the stochastic line goes down in value and and bullish candle is created i want an up arrow on this candle.
for sell its the overway round line goes up bearish candle got created i want an down arrow on that candle.
In the attached pictures (1and2) i the two candles have a 4.5xxx diffrence in points for the stochastic line.
I want to have an input fiel where i can set the min point diffrence and max points diffrence for an arrow so 
for that example in picture 1and2 i want minium 4 points diffrence the arrow would be good in picture 3and4 we
dont have enough diffrence in points so no arrow would be printed with these settings.

i know its a weird request and i doesnt need to make sense for you aslong as you can make this indicator like i 
wrote it done if you think you can do it write me a pm.
