Timeframe: H1/H4 (give one option in dropdown)

HMA Period: 24 <Default to 24 but Inputtable>

Rule 1 Active: True (No False here as Rule 1 is compulsory)

Rule 2 Active: True/False

EMA 1: 3<Default to 3 but Inputtable>

EMA 2: 21< Default to 21 but Inputtable >

Alert: On/Off

Alert Pop-up: On/Off

Alert Push notification: On/Off

Alert Email notification: On/off

Additional notes for Notifications:

If Rule 2 is False, then send notification immediately after Rule 1 is met

If Rule 2 is True, then send notification after Rule 1 and 2 are met.
