MAIN/TREND SIGNAL to be multi time frame, so i can attach it on1hr time frame but be able to show me 4hr signals, but the follow up signal should not be multI time frame

I want the MAIN/TREND SIGNAL INDICATOR  to be multi time frame, so i can for example attach it on 1hr time frame but be able to show me signals different time frame. [  ALL TIME FRAMES SHOULD BE AVAILABLE], can you do that?   [ but the follow up signal, which is the signal that follow trend signal,  should not be multi time frame, it should be as it is and true to the current time frame] .

So the indicator has 2 indicators in it, one for trend another for entries, please refer to pictures that i will attach to selected candidate, thanks. A text must appear on any signal to show what time frame it represents [ example , an arrow will have a tag of  =30M IF THAT ARROW REPRESENTS 30M time frame for easy visual reference.

The work will be done on 2 similar indicators, thanks
