Alert Indicator (Arrows & Sound) Based On Moving Averages MT5

I need this job done asap. By tonight 

my indicator is based on the following rules 

1. Only show signals after the lines have crossed

2. No more than one signal per candle 


Variables  that are supposed to be in the input section

1.Period in the moving averages      (The default value is 5 and 10)

2.Delay time before showing the signal as explained on chat . This means the indicator will make alert at the next  00 seconds

For example:

1) line cross at "3:15:07" alert will at "3:16:00"

2) line cross at "11:47:53" alert will at "11:48:00"


I have a budget of $30 for this task please dont waste your time asking for more money.
