Indicator or EA: Auto refresh after closing the actual candle

I use a lot of different indicators on my chart. Some of them freezing on the running chart. Then they send no longer new signals. Only when you update/refresh the chart, for example by changing the time frame, the signals are drawn backdated in the chart.

I am now looking for a solution that will update the chart at the end of the current candle. In order to save system resources, the EA / indicator should only be executed at the end of the candle when a new candle is opened. So I can be sure that the signals I see on the just closed candle are really current and complete.

I know that the EA / indicator does not work with realtime indicators which only ever send a signal during operation.

I found some Autorefresh EA. But no solution do exactly what I need. Some indicator refresh after a specific time. Some refresh every second. Some indicator refresh not alle indicators like a changing timeframe. 

For your solution I will pay 30 USD.

The indicator or EA should run under the actually mt4 version.
