Compare open and Close price

I need a EA to check the previous day open and close price

1-if the previous day close is lower than the open then at next day open price Buy ,

2-if the previous day close is lower than open then at next day open sell 

3-SL=TP=50 , and if SL reached open opposite deal with double size ,and if the SL reached again , then use the same way we did in previous EA, calculate the loses and add at the top of it the 50$ 

4-ِAnd if we have an opened trade at the end of the day as an example Buy , and the next trade should be sell (For the next day) , then close the opened deal and sell with the same concept , calculating the loses and tune the size of the new deal

Please need the following to be adjustable :

1-The needed profit (SL,TP) 

2-The 50$ (The final needed money from each cycle) , so i can make 100 , 150$ ,etc..

3-The time frame , so the same concept for any time frame,
