I need fractal + Bolinger bands modification indicator

Hello, 

I need little modification to reduce the noise of fractal + bolinger bands indicators. 

1-st rule: Draw fractals only when they are 2 upper fractals in row, or 2 lower fractals in row and between them there are no other fractals. If one of the candles have  upper and lower fractals, include it in the drawings.

2-nd rule: Draw fractals when there are 2 upper fractals crossing or touching the Bolinger Bands and between them, there is 1 lower fractal / Draw fractals when there are 2 lower fractals crossing or touching the Bolinger Bands and between them, there is 1 upper fractal
