An update for mql4 indicator

Requirements: 

1st, revise existing Code so that during a period it draws a new arrow if conditions are met and also eliminates the prior period arrow if one exists. 
Currently if I do a "Refresh" during a period, before the end of the period, a new arrow will display if conditions are met but the arrow that was drawn in the immediate preceding period stays on the chart. If I cycle the chart by going to a different time frame and return then only the valid arrows remain on the chart.   

2nd, add input selection options, default being False, to allow alerts for Pop UP, Sound, Email and Push. 

3rd, Security. Indicator should only function for a predetermined number of days on a recognized MT4 account. 
Before I pass the indicator to someone I need to be able to input into the code the "number of days" it will function on a specific account by also putting in the correct broker platform account number. I understand I will have to re-compile each time I want to share the indicator with someone. 

4th, All code / work remains my exclusive property. Developer, developers team and anyone involved with this project is not authorized to distribute the indicator in any form and may use the code only and exclusively for meeting the development requirements.  

I have screen shots to help clear up any questions. 

I am willing to give up to 60 days for completion of this project. Plus, depending on our working relationship, I have other indicators and templates that I would like to update in a similar fashion. This is the second time I'm requesting this work. My prior experience was not very good so please only respond if you are capable of doing this work.
