EA using RSI and Bollinger Bands

I require an EA that will be triggered if certain criterion (divergence) is met on RSI at certian levels and bollinger bands at certian levels. The EA will have to look at the history of RSI & Bollinger bands in the last X candles and if the required criterion is met between the current and history an order needs to be placed with specific TP, SL and trailing SL.

That is the most important, one can add all other fancy things but the core is what is stated above.

This is a very profitable strategy having used it manually however manual trading is not fast enough to react to major spikes. Whoever develops this will have access to this strategy as well which will pay you 1000 x over. Whoever is willing to take this on will definitely agree that this is one of the best strategies ever if not the best. 

Whoever can deliver the best EA at the best cost or no cost at all will have a long relationship with me and the EA can be developed as we go along with the developer having access to this strategy the developer will have to sign a non disclosure agreement which will give them use to the strategy but may not share the strategy with anyone else.
