i wish to be notified of rsi crosses on the terms. below. i will provide the elements

based on the intersection of RSI with different values, the values must be modifiable. this will give the trend on the selected timeframe, and define the alerts on the second timeframe.

Example:

RSI A = 15
RSI B = 70
RSI C = 7

On H1, the RSIs intersect this gives an increase in 1 ( green ) and a decrease in 2 ( green).
an option to have an alert when it crosses.

once this precondition is defined, if you take the 2 (green). the trend is downward so if I choose the timeframe M15. we will receive alerts when RSI A and B intersect downwards. and / or when RSI C touches a predefined value. (2 red).

in the alert messages, i want to be able to differentiate between the two types of alert that will arrive = crossing or limit value rsi reached.
