Şartname

Need to get an alert when after price breaks previous day hilo and touches  or gets near a round number by 5 pip (adjustable parameter) . Parameter adjustable 50 or 00 round number. In the event that the Round number is close to the hilo after it breaks(less that 20 pip away) don't alert I would like to add a threshold of 20 pips(parameter adjustable. So  a valid alert would occur when price breaks yesterday hilo and travels more than 20 pips to the next round number 50 or 00 what ever is set. Remember I would like to adjust the 20 pip threshold.
