Brokerage firm fraud

Hello everyone, my brokerage firm turned out to be a scammer and is not giving the remaining 3500 USD balance. No one working at the firm is responding to my requests. My question is what can I do to prevent other people from being scammed and to prevent transactions from being made via metatrader? Meta customer service is responding as a bot, how can I convey this situation to them?
