"Volatility Trading" by Sinclair: volatility arbitrage by a retail practitioner
About the book: focuses on the trading concepts providing mathematical formulas without proofs or spending much time justifying them. This is not a negative remark: since the author uses the formulas in a formally correct it's a honest and fair use, and since the book is not about modelling but trading, it is actually a very positive thing.
The reason why the book should be a buy for many traders and analysts is that it is quite unique in its kind: most books are either about description of financial instruments (e.g. the Fabozzi series, Hull, etc), or quant Modelling (e.g. Mercurio-Brigo, Wilmott, Rebonato, etc). Very few describe the ideas behind trading itself. The book I know that try to do so are so far the Natenberg (very good but basic), Taleb Dynamic hedging (very good and not basic but at times
it follows erratic paths and it is starting to become a bit dated now) and Sinclair's (concise, formally correct, follows a clear path in introducing ideas and concepts).
And, if all this is not enough, Sinclair's book also comes with a free frisbee!

Francesca Taylor "Mastering foreign exchange & currency options".
