In Smart Money Concepts (SMC), these zones act as high-probability areas for reversals or continuations, especially when aligned with liquidity sweeps, market structure shifts, and volume imbalances.
✅ A Valid Order Block Often Features:
A strong impulsive move away from the zone
Break of market structure or liquidity
Minimal drawdown on retests
Presence of imbalance or Fair Value Gap (FVG)
While identifying order blocks manually is possible, it requires:
Deep understanding of institutional trading behavior
Constant screen time
