Innovating the Future of Trading with Precision and Strategy

Welcome to my MQL5 profile! I’m TraderSmith, a passionate and results-driven trader committed to developing Expert Advisors (EAs) that transform complex market data into simple, actionable trading decisions.

Through developing trading bots, I aim to eliminate the emotional biases that often lead to impulsive decisions.
Every strategy I design is rooted in robust market analysis, precise risk management, and an understanding of market dynamics, ensuring that each trade has a solid foundation.

I focus on creating tools that are adaptable to a wide range of trading styles and risk profiles.
From high-frequency scalping to trend-following strategies, my EAs are built to execute trades with speed, accuracy, and discipline—freeing you from emotional reactions and enabling you to trade with confidence.

Every Expert Advisor I develop is designed with a clear trading philosophy.
I avoid random, “black-box” approaches and instead focus on precise, rule-based systems that are backtested, validated, and optimized to adapt to current market conditions.
Whether you’re executing strategies with pending orders, focusing on ATR-based risk management, or leveraging complex thresholds, my EAs are built to excel in dynamic market environments.

Comprehensive Support and Education
Trading is a journey, and I’m here to support you along the way.
Not only do I provide customer support to help you with any setup or technical questions, but I also offer educational resources and guidance on how to fully leverage the bots in various market conditions.
My goal is to ensure you not only use the tools effectively but also understand the underlying strategies that drive them.

My Commitment to You
As an active trader, I am constantly analyzing market trends and refining my tools to keep up with the latest advancements in algorithmic trading.
My mission is to give you the edge you need—whether you’re managing a prop account, building a portfolio, or just getting started.
I’m committed to creating robust, high-performance solutions that allow you to trade smarter, not harder.

I believe in building long-term relationships with my clients, so your feedback and success are always important to me.
If you have any questions, need advice, or simply want to discuss strategies, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to ensure your trading journey is as successful as possible.
Thank you for considering my tools for your trading endeavors. I look forward to helping you achieve your trading goals!

Through algorithmic trading, you will develop discipline and patience—core traits for consistent performance. These bots will enforce rule-based execution, removing emotional bias and promoting data-driven decision-making. Over time, you'll learn that edge comes from systematic testing, risk management, and long-term consistency. Each trade, whether a win or a loss, becomes part of a feedback loop that sharpens both your strategy and your mindset. Once you’ve set up the bot, let it work.
Avoid the urge to micromanage every trade. Trust in the strategy and parameters you’ve defined.

Markov Matrix a rare one of kind system -
A Markov matrix is a mathematical structure used to model systems that move from one state to another, where the next state depends only on the current state—not on the full history.
It is fundamental in probability, machine learning, finance, game theory, and quantitative trading.
Relatively few people understand how powerful it is.

In quantitative trading -
The mathematics behind Markov chains is standard knowledge.
What firms keep secret is how they define the market states and how they combine Markov models with other signals.
Its proprietary architecture transforms the Markov Matrix into a complete decision-making model, engineered through a unique methodology that cannot be replicated without a deep understanding of its underlying design.
This alone makes it an exciting, one-of-a-kind, and ultra-rare trading system unlike anything else available.

The system has been engineered to scale efficiently while maintaining controlled drawdown. Based on the current scaling model, a 2-mini-lot base is targeting approximately $200–$300 per week, while a 6-mini-lot base is targeting around $500–$600 per week. Scaling to a 1-lot base is projected to target around $1,000 per week, subject to market conditions and continued forward-testing. A key feature of the system is its dynamic position management. Rather than relying on conventional take-profit and stop-loss orders, the close-on-hold mechanism continuously manages balance and risk. Losses are kept in line while profits are allowed to accumulate as unrealised gains until the strategy determines the optimal exit. The focus is not on chasing high-risk returns, but on building a scalable, disciplined trading system backed by verified long-term performance.

The 0.5 trade size is the broker's minimum lot size. That's why you don't see smaller multipliers—the base position is 2 mini lots, but the smallest trade the broker allows is 0.5 lots.

This trading week, which the bots began at 2:00 AM GMT on 13/07/2026, currently shows a realised balance loss of $13 while maintaining a healthy unrealised profit. $206
The base is 2 Mini. It has multipliers, but it never exceeds the baseline.

We have 46 Hidden Markov Model instances running simultaneously, with 46 trading bots launched from just three clicks using batch files.
Despite that scale, the system resource usage remains remarkably low.

As the Task Manager shows, CPU utilization is around 49%, memory usage is only 16 GB out of 32 GB (50%), and disk activity is minimal.
This demonstrates that the architecture is highly efficient and capable of running a large multi-model trading system without placing significant load on the machine.

A Standard Tool for Regime Detection:
HMMs are a mainstream technique for identifying market regimes (like trending, ranging, or high-volatility environments).
This is arguably their most common and successful use case in finance.
Many institutional and sophisticated systematic funds use them for this purpose
Jason Smith

HMM (Hidden Markov Model) Trading System consists of an Allocator (HMM), dashboard, along with two trading bots -
One built in Python and another integrated with MT5.
The dashboard displays HMM analysis and market regime data, while both bots use this information to make trading decisions through JSON or association file for communication.

In summary, the HMM system is a sophisticated and specialized tool.
It's rare because it's hard to build, but the underlying approach — using HMMs to understand market regimes - is a proven and respected strategy in the quantitative finance community, not a fringe idea.

This system is rare. While HMMs are no longer a complete secret in the retail space, the operational scale and sophistication this is running—an automated, self-updating, model-management system on MT5—places it far beyond the typical retail EA or indicator.

Note: Clicking 3 batch files runs 28 Markov instances and 28 bots simultaneously, covering all major Forex pairs. The system is fully configurable, allowing you to adjust which pairs and models are active at any time.
Even though the technology is highly sophisticated - with multi-timeframe analysis, model registries, and automated regime detection - all the hard work has already been done for you.
Simply click the 3 batch files and the system handles everything else automatically.

Summary of the SQLite database that the HMM uses.
The database is essentially the system's memory — it stores every trade, every model evaluation, and system events.
This allows the allocator to learn from past performance, detect when models are degrading, and make informed decisions about which model to trust with real capital.

New features - Markov Matrix
The Markov model generates three core signals : buy, sell, and hold – plus a flip signal for directional changes.
When the system is currently in a buy or sell position and a hold signal comes in.
NOTE the image below.
The close on hold is very useful feature for risk managment.
The flip signal is the most aggressive – it tells the system to completely reverse direction, exiting the current position and entering the opposite side.

Full training and 100% support are included every step of the way.
I will guide you through the complete installation process and share everything I know about the system, backed by an in-depth PDF guide covering its features, setup, and operation.
I built this system from the ground up, know every part of the code, and understand all of its capabilities.
Even a complete beginner should be able to have it installed and running within 24 hours.
Over time, you will become as familiar with the system as I am.
It is designed not only to provide a powerful tool but also to help you learn, develop your understanding

HMM (Hidden Markov Model) Gold -
The system ran its full multi-timeframe consensus across H4, D1, W1, M15, M30, H1, and M5.H4 came back as a strong downtrend, while most other timeframes showed neutral, weak uptrend, or high volatility.
Eleven features were calculated without issue.

A new challenger model was trained but rejected with a Sharpe ratio of -0.53 – well below the acceptance threshold.
The overall regime was confirmed as a strong downtrend, now entering its third cycle.
Alignment hit 100%, with zero up signals, two down signals, and five neutral readings.
Risk was assessed as elevated, so the system took a HOLD action – no new positions were opened.

A drift adjustment was applied, cutting the position from 0.05 micro down to 0.02 – a 50% reduction.
With the final multiplier applied, total exposure landed at just 25%.

Bottom line: XAUUSD is in a strong downtrend with elevated risk, the system held off opening a sell trade, and exposure was slashed by 75% from baseline.
Baseline is 1 mini lot, the drift adjustment and other factors applied a 75% reduction, bringing exposure down to just 0.02 micro lots.
