On what timeframe does this error occurs?

# This error usually occurs in higher timeframes, it shouldn't be an issue on lower timeframes "Daily and below timeframes".
# if this error occurs, do this: Browse back on your chart candles to load more historical candles data. Reinsert the indicator on your chart.

This indicator uses too much candlestick data to predict future price , without the data , the indicator will remove itself from your chart as it cannot make necessary calculations and will forward the above alert.

Let us know if this resolved the issue or not. We will not rest until this issue is being resolved.

does the indicator has notifications? im seeing it in the options as alerts on but no notifications occurring.

Yes the indicator does have notifications. The notification alerts when a new signal is launched.
