Hi, 


Ijust bought the EA. I installed everything as per instructions, when I click on Fibo 0 or 1, I have the object in my object list, but nothing is visible. I can not see or find the actual Fibo that is plotted

Can you help me ?

Sure, most of the time this is caused by not installing ALL of the indicators I have provided in the link on the product page. There are four of them.

i found them but each time I click on fibo, the size is loke 0, 0. is there a fix for that ?

Thank you for solving the issue. Which wasn't really an issue, as I'm using a Mac. Good communication and fast response was much appreciated.

This week the STP Manager EA is not allowing for the manual opening of market BUY positions and is intermittently not working when manually opening market sell orders. Fibo's are now not placing BUY LIMIT orders or SELL LIMIT orders either. Please advise at your earliest convenience. I reinstalled EA again and restarted everything. Tested function on real money account as well as demo account.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA on MT4 and it is continuing to behave the same way. I have reviewed all the setting to ensure they are set to the default including allowing both long and short positions, live trading etc. I tried the EA on multiple different pair charts with the same results. MT4 is allowing for regular manual trading in both directions without using the STP Manager EA (just testing to make sure the issue is indeed with the EA). I have reinstalled all of the required indicators you provided with the instructions as well.
When I set up the buy or sell fibo as usual and the price breaks through the threshold line it then creates a "pp_ea_ThrHold_0" at the level where the pending buy limit order would be placed or on the sell side it does the same with only populating a "pp_ea_ThrHold_1"while never populating the buy or sell limit orders.
Would you mind checking this out to see if there is something that needs updated in the EA or if there is a setting that you know about that can help solve this problem? I use this EA daily so I hope these fixes can be addressed ASAP. Thanks for you help!
