Precisely, the News Filter MT4 EA does that, when the news arrives it turns off the MT4 app completely. The EA cannot turn off autotrading automatically, since the mql5 market does not allow the use of dll files...
This is the alternative that I found so that operations cannot be opened in MT4, since it is completely turned off.
You have the option to use the MT4 Restarter program which you can find in the link below this video:

That program will turn MT4 back on a few minutes after the news has passed
