It's absolutely not normal you have to reinstall on an MT4 update. Though I am afraid it's beyond my scope, you should contact the ServiceDesk, as explained here. A product from the Market should only be re-activated if you change your operating system or your computer.

I would like to know how to do use with the heatmap, is it usually follow the previous day date with up/down color and match the trend in following day? and if shows middle color in previous day, it means uncertain yesterday, wait for it up/down in following day?

We can talk about a trend here. For each instrument it calculates the difference in price between current price and yesterday close price. Then it draws the heatmap to show what instruments are the more volatile in the last day.
