Rsi Regression Channel

In statistics, Regression Channel is a approach to modelling the relationship between a scalar response (or dependent variable) and one or more explanatory variables (or independent variables). We Applied relative strenght index(rsi) values to develop regression models of various degrees in order to understand relationship between rsi and price movement.

The goal is range prediction and error reduction for Bullish and Bearish divergence thus our regression channels are used to fit a predictive model to an observed Rsi data set of values of the response and explanatory variables to identify key reversals in price. After setting such model, the fitted line model can be used to make a key range reversal observation through standard deviation.

Trading Tips:

The main aim of this indicator to identify divergence in price thus I have uploaded two screenshots to show what to understand and when to trade predictions.

*BUY when rsi touches lowerband, when lowerband is below 50 level.

*SELL when rsi touches upperband, when upperband is above 50 level.

*Degree and periods are adjusted based on your requirments.

Various Degrees of regression included:

The degree of a polynomial is the highest degree of its monomials (individual terms) with non-zero coefficients. The degree of a term is the sum of the exponents of the variables that appear in it, and thus is a non-negative integer. For example, the polynomial 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x-9, 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x-9  which can also be expressed as 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x^{1}y^{0}-9x^{0}y^{0}, 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x^{1}y^{0}-9x^{0}y^{0} has three terms. The first term has a degree of 5 (the sum of the powers 2 and 3), the second term has a degree of 1, and the last term has a degree of 0.

Degree 0 – non-zero constant

Degree 1 – linear

Degree 2 – quadratic

Degree 3 – cubic

Degree 4 – quartic (or, if all terms have even degree, biquadratic)

Degree 5 – quintic

Degree 6 – sextic (or, less commonly, hexic)

Degree 7 – septic (or, less commonly, heptic)

Degree 8 – octic

Parameter Features:

*Can change "Degree".

*can change "standard deviation".

*can change "bars" of rsi data of equivalant price bars to valuate regression.

*can change "rsi period", "rsi price type", "timeframe".

*can change color and thickness of upper band, lower band and rsi itself.

I'm looking for regression bands in rsi from 2015,and i finally found it.Really feeling good with this indicator and the way it calculate huge data"1000 bars" is really quick and smooth.
