Hi, I bought Cap Universal Grid EA today, but I'm not able to install it.
When accessing the terminal / market / purchased, the message appears: "The product has been paid for but has not yet been downloaded".
I've already clicked "install" several times but nothing happens.

Hello Ali,

We setup stoploss trigger but the algorithm, when start lossing in a trade, keep the stock until it reach the fundamentals to get out (selling or buying back) and it does ignore the stoploss limits.

How can I enforce the stoploss trigger over all others configuration?

Hey, how come the EA is not showing on my MT anymore?
I purchased this and I can see it only on some of my terminals, but not on one of them. It was showing fine till friday.

@Mohammad Ali - please can I request a feature to this great EA. I want to activate the EA x mins before news event and y mins after news event. It's similar to the current feature i.e. pause before and after news events but the opposite. Many thanks.

I found a problem in the parameter (grid setting loss side) in Max Grid Trades (BUY and SELL) the EA does not respect the fixed value. it opens more positions than specified. Is a correction possible? Thank you!

unfortunately after installing version 6.6 the problem continues with the grid. The EA does not respect the amount of GRID specified in the parameter. Attached photo



I specify 2 entries in the graph for grid and the EA opens 4 entries

The News website was working well till last week. now it has changed the servers and added some extra security so EA can not access data. I am looking for any solution or looking alternative source. In the meantime don't use the news filter
