I am using roboforex broker... I attached the renko charts in EURUSD M1 chart and asked to download data from November 2017 onwards.. This is the chart I get.. The chart does not go before 6 December.. What am I doing wrong?

I rented this EA for testing. However, in its specification the "profit currency" is in USD. As I operate in Brazil, my terminal does not recognize this currency and I can not perform automated operations. Would it be possible to change the "profit currency" to "BRL"?

Hello, could I open orders directly from the renko chart? I tried putting it to work with ea but it did not work because it does not open orders on renko chart. How could I open them? thanks for listening.

It is custom symbol, so can not trade. You need modify your EA to trade with real symbol, not symbol of current chart.
Example: your EA run on chart EURUSD.renko, when signal meet, EA must open order with EURUSD.Oi

You need contact to developer of your EA to change it.
Hi, thank you for the attention. I contacted the developer of ea and he said that the expert unfortunately does not support renko :( Could I cancel renko's rent?
