Bought this indicator but it is not showing up on my terminal, it is not even on the purchased tab.

Can you advise how to install this to my mt4 terminal

Dear Mars,

The easiest way is to install it directly from the platform. Be sure your platform is linked to MQL (Tools > Options > Community tab).

Go to the terminal "market" tab ... then "Applications" tab ... Once purchased, and from any platform, you just have to go to the "purchased" tab and install.

Managed to install the indicator and it was working well until today.  It is frozen and does not draw the lines or cannot even remove it from the main chart.

Any advice?

I have bought the FFx Pivot SR Suite PRO, and I put it on EUR/USD screen, I can watch the label and options of your product, but I can´t watch the lines. I change from Classic to Camarilla, etc., but there is not lines on the screen.  What can I do?

I suspect you are using a high resolution display. If that's the case, close your platform ... then right click on the terminal.exe (or its shortcut) > Properties > Compatibility tab > Check "ovveride high DPI" and select it to "system". Apply ... Then restart your platform.

It generally solves the display issue.

the indicator work perfectly fine with the daily, weekly option. however once i change to Monthly it freeze and cant do anything on the indicator pannel. the log show Array out of range.

You're not in the right place. That's the MT5 version you're showing.

Be sure to have enough data on the current chart to plot the monthly lines ... and also that the monthly data is up to date. I just tested again in my platform and the monthly loaded just fine.

Just (un)click the 'show lines' button. It will remove them.
