JuanTraderFX Prop Challenge Portfolio

Prop Challenge Portfolio JuanTraderFX is made for trading with loss limits and a profit target, like those of funded account challenges. It puts six intraday strategies together and watches them with built-in protection: no second robot is needed to control the limits. It is not affiliated with any prop firm. Check the rules of yours and adjust the inputs.

THE CHALLENGE PROTECTION
1. Daily loss stop: if equity reaches the daily limit, it closes the robot's trades and does not trade until the next day.
2. Total loss stop: if equity reaches the total limit, static or trailing the highest end of day balance, it closes everything and stops.
3. Profit target: at the target it closes everything and stops.
4. Best day check: if the best day is above the chosen share of the total profit, it keeps trading until it is within the limit.
The protection acts when the robot detects the level: a price gap or slippage can take the loss beyond the limit. That is why the default values leave a margin.

THE SIX STRATEGIES
1. Opening Scalper (Nasdaq 100): strong first 30 minutes of New York, entry at 10:00 with the move, 30 minutes at most.
2. PreOpen Box (Nasdaq 100): breakout of the 60-minute box before the open, one trade per day.
3. VWAP RSI (Nasdaq 100): 15-minute close crossing the session VWAP with RSI 14 confirmation.
4. Divergence Pullback (S&P 500): RSI divergence, structure break and entry on the pullback.
5. Yesterday Breakout (DAX 40): stop order at yesterday's high or low with the trend.
6. First Hour Breakout (DAX 40): breakout of the first Frankfurt hour range in the direction of the opening gap.

MT5 STRATEGY TESTER RESULTS (real broker costs)
Without the protection, 0.5% per strategy:
- 1-minute OHLC, January 2025 to September 2026: profit factor 1.39 - 888 trades (about 42 per month) - max drawdown 7.8%.
With the default values (0.6%), 17 challenges on a 10,000 USD balance, one started each month from January 2025 to May 2026 (1-minute OHLC):
- 14 reached the +10% target, in a median of 36 business days (from 12 to 88).
- 3 ended without reaching it: 2 with a small profit and 1 with a 6.5% loss.
The challenges overlap and they are few: this is not a probability of passing. Past results do not guarantee future results.

FEATURES
- One chart only: the robot finds the broker symbols by itself. They can also be typed in the inputs.
- Risk % per strategy; 0 = strategy off.
- Automatic server time and DST changes.
- Lot by % risk with margin, volume and minimum distance checks.
- No martingale, no grid. On-chart panel with the challenge limits and the state of each strategy.

MAIN INPUTS
- RiesgoSCA, RiesgoPRM, RiesgoVRS, RiesgoDSM, RiesgoPDB, RiesgoD1H: risk of each strategy in %. Default 0.6.
- SaldoReto: challenge initial balance (0 = balance when the robot is attached).
- ObjetivoPorc: profit target in %. Default 10.1 (0 = off).

- HoraCorteDia: server hour when the challenge day starts. Default 1.
- ReiniciarReto: forgets the saved challenge, to start another one on the same account number.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Set the target, stops and day start to the rules of your challenge before you begin.
- Attach it to one chart, with no other robots on the same account.
- Use a hedging account. On netting only one strategy per symbol trades.
- Use a broker with low costs on indices. Start on demo.

Divergencia SMA JuanTraderFX trades the S&P 500 on 5-minute candles, both long and short. It looks for the moment a move runs out of steam and enters only after the market confirms the turn. HOW IT WORKS 1. Exhaustion: price prints a new extreme but the RSI does not confirm it (divergence in the extreme zone). 2. Structure break: a candle closes through the last opposite swing and the fast moving average. It only trades when the slow average is far away, so there is room to run. 3. Pullback en

PreRango Mayor JuanTraderFX trades the breakout of the pre-open box of the New York session on the Nasdaq 100. HOW IT WORKS 1. The box: high and low of the 60 minutes before the 9:30 New York open. If the box is too small or too large versus the median of the last 20 days (below 0.7 or above 1.5 times), there is no trade that day. 2. OCO stop orders: seconds before the open it places a Buy Stop at the high and a Sell Stop at the low. When one triggers, the other is deleted. If price is already
VWAP Nasdaq

VWAP RSI JuanTraderFX trades Nasdaq 100 momentum during the New York session, combining the session VWAP with the RSI on 15-minute candles. HOW IT WORKS 1. Session VWAP: calculated from the 9:30 New York open with one-minute candles. 2. The signal: a 15-minute candle closes above the VWAP (the previous one was not above) with RSI(14) above 65: buy. The opposite, a close below the VWAP with RSI below 35: sell. 3. Tight stop: at the low (buys) or high (sells) of the signal candle. Lot sized by %
Yesterday Breakout DAX JuanTraderFX trades the breakout of the previous day high or low on the DAX 40, only in the direction of the trend. HOW IT WORKS 1. The trend: if yesterday's close is above the average of the last 20 sessions, it only buys. If it is below, it only sells. 2. The level: 15 minutes after the 9:00 Frankfurt open it places a stop order at yesterday's high (buys) or yesterday's low (sells). The order stays active for 4 hours. 3. Opposite level: if the price touches the level o
DAX First Hour JuanTraderFX marks the range of the first Frankfurt hour on the DAX 40 and trades its breakout only in the direction of the opening gap. HOW IT WORKS 1. The range: high and low of the first 60 minutes after the 9:00 Frankfurt open. 2. The gap: if the market opened above yesterday's close, it only buys. If it opened below, it only sells. 3. Stop orders: a stop order at the range high (buys) or low (sells), active for 2 hours. If the price is too close to the level, the robot watc
Opening Impulse Nasdaq JuanTraderFX looks for a strong impulse at the New York open on the Nasdaq 100 and enters on the pullback, in the direction of the impulse. HOW IT WORKS 1. The impulse: the first 15 minutes after the 9:30 New York open must move strongly in one direction compared with their average range. If the move is weak, there is no trade that day. 2. The pullback: within the next 60 minutes it waits for a 1-minute bar to touch its moving average and close back in the direction of t
JuanTraderFX Gold Trend Breakout
Juan Camilo Caicedo Laverde
Gold Trend JuanTraderFX is a trend follower for gold: it enters on large breakouts and lets the trend run for days. HOW IT WORKS 1. The breakout: it buys when a one-hour bar closes above the highest high of the previous 240 bars (about 10 trading days). 2. The stop: initial stop at 2.5 times the ATR(14). If the spread is too wide (broker rollover), the entry waits up to 45 minutes for it to drop. 3. Let it run: no fixed target. The trade stays open while the trend continues, often for several
Multi Strategy Portfolio JuanTraderFX puts four strategies in one robot. Each one trades its own market, with its own risk and on/off switch. Spreading the risk across different strategies and markets gives a smoother equity curve than each robot alone. THE FOUR STRATEGIES 1. Yesterday Breakout DAX (DAX 40): stop order at yesterday's high or low in the direction of the trend, 0.2 ATR stop, close at the end of the Frankfurt session. 2. First Hour DAX (DAX 40): breakout of the first Frankfurt ho
Opening Scalper Nasdaq JuanTraderFX uses a well-known fact of the Nasdaq 100: when the first half hour of New York is very strong, the move tends to continue for a while. HOW IT WORKS 1. The unit: it measures the average range of the 1-minute bars between 9:30 and 10:00 New York (times the square root of 30). 2. The signal: if price moved more than 1 unit in those 30 minutes, the day has momentum. Otherwise there is no trade that day. 3. The entry: at 10:00 it enters at market in the direction
Six Strategy Portfolio JuanTraderFX puts six strategies in one robot. Each one has its own risk and on/off switch. They move almost independently, so the combined curve is more stable than each strategy alone. THE SIX STRATEGIES 1. Opening Scalper (Nasdaq 100): strong first 30 minutes of New York, entry at 10:00 with the move, 30 minutes at most. 2. PreOpen Box (Nasdaq 100): breakout of the 60-minute box before the open, one trade per day, trailing stop. 3. VWAP RSI (Nasdaq 100): 15-minute clo
