Pattern Chief reads the chart the way a price-action trader does and draws only what matters - with a clear plan for every setup: entry, invalidation, target and R:R.
The chart stays clean. Short labels on the chart (initials + stars), the full details in the panel and in a tooltip when you move the mouse over a label. Level labels sit in a tidy column to the right of the last candle, with a thin line pointing to their price, so nothing covers the candles at any zoom.
CHART PATTERNS - 40+ TYPES (Bulkowski rules, up to 3 timeframes at once)
- Head & Shoulders and Inverse H&S, Double and Triple Tops and Bottoms (Adam & Eve variants), triangles, wedges, flags, pennants, rectangles, diamonds, cups, scallops, Bump & Run, pipes, rounding tops and bottoms, measured moves and more
- Every pattern rated 1 to 5 stars with an estimated % chance of reaching T1 (trend, height, room to target, symmetry, volume)
- Live states: FORMING, READY, BROKE OUT, T1 / TARGET HIT, BUSTED, DEAD
- Break line, T1 (half the height), full target, invalidation level and R:R drawn for each pattern
- A pattern whose invalidation level is already crossed turns grey (DEAD) and leaves the panel - no outdated signals
- Learning book: the indicator records which patterns really reached T1 on your symbol and blends this into the % once enough cases exist
ELLIOTT WAVES (own engine, 3 degrees)
- Impulse 1-5, A-B-C zigzag and flat, triangles and W-X-Y combinations, with the Elliott Wave Oscillator (EWO) divergence
- The waves are drawn pivot to pivot in their own colour: small (1 2 3, blue), medium ((1)(2)(3), orange), large ([1][2][3], lilac)
- Labels on the same pivot are stacked, never piled on top of each other
- Current wave, next target and invalidation level for each degree; a target price has already reached is marked HIT
HARMONIC PATTERNS
- Gartley, Bat, Alt Bat, Butterfly, Crab, Deep Crab, Cypher and AB=CD
- Projected PRZ (potential reversal zone), stop, T1 and T2, each with its R:R
- Live states: FORMING, IN THE PRZ, REJECTION candle in the PRZ, TURNED, BEYOND THE PRZ
REVERSAL CANDLES (rated 1 to 5 stars)
- Spinning top (Spin), key reversal (KR) and tweezers (Tw) - only at the end of a real move
- Extra stars for high volume and a nearby swing level; a candle against a rising H1/H4 ADX gets 1 star (WAIT)
- BUSTED candles (a later candle closed beyond their extreme) disappear from the chart automatically
KEY OPENS AND LEVELS
- Yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, London and New York opens
- UNTAPPED opens are marked as price magnets; opens on the same price are merged into one label
- Support / resistance line in the panel that is never empty
DASHBOARD
- Every active setup in one compact panel: Elliott waves (in their colours), best pattern, a legend for every short chart label, candles, S/R and untapped opens
- One button folds it: FULL / SMALL / HIDDEN - remembered per chart, so it never blocks your view
- Long lines continue on the next line - no message is ever cut, on any timeframe or window size
- Updates by itself on every new candle and every 5 minutes
ALERTS (pop-up, push notification, e-mail)
- High-quality patterns (4-5 stars or high %) when they become READY or break out, only when the R:R reaches your minimum
- Price inside a harmonic PRZ or a rejection candle in the PRZ
- Strong reversal candles
- Price back at an untapped open (only after it moved away first)
- At most one alert per timeframe and type per hour - no alert storms
