Fair Value Gaps finds every three-candle imbalance on your chart, follows it until price fills it and shows the gaps of a higher timeframe on the same chart. Free, with no limits.

Gaps that never repaint

Bullish and bearish fair value gaps found on closed candles only: a gap is known when its third candle closes and never moves afterwards
Verified on real history: 135,510 buffer comparisons, 0 changes
Size filter in points and/or as a fraction of ATR(14), so small noise gaps can be ignored
The detection engine is unit tested (52 checks)

Follows each gap until it is filled

The box shrinks to the part that is still open as price trades into it
Filled by wick, by candle close or at the 50% level: your choice
50% line (consequent encroachment) and a size label on each gap
Filled gaps can be hidden or kept on the chart in a lighter colour

Higher timeframe on the same chart

Open gaps of one higher timeframe (H4 by default) drawn as outlined boxes
