If one currency pair only run one copy of the adviser, and so on several currency pairs, the Magic Number can not change, it can be the same number for all currency pairs.
If one currency pair have to work two or more copies of the advisor, then for each copy you need to set your unique Magic Number.

Serious backtest has proven the algorythm to be fine but at a certain point hangs on very long time on its open positions. Some how lighly profitable EA, the price is right, but needs a little tweak...

Let us work in temrminale Advisor "Ilan Dynamic Pro" on the currency pair "EURUSD" and set MagichNumber 57627.
If you want to run another adviser on the same currency pair "EURUSD", the settings of another advisor you need to specify another MagichNumber not equal to 57627, for example, you can specify 12345. MagichNumber, a standard parameter of any advisor to advisors from distinguished.
