Dear MQL5 Support Team,

I am writing to formally report the seller Burak Baltaci regarding my rental of the indicator "Swing Trade Concept" (Order ID: [Voeg hier je ordernummer in]).

I request a full refund and an investigation into this seller's account due to the following three critical issues:

1. Defective Product (Non-functional in Live Markets) The indicator displays signals correctly on historical data upon loading, but fails to generate signals during live trading conditions. New signals only appear retroactively if I manually refresh the chart or switch timeframes.

• I have attempted a clean installation of MT4 on a new terminal as suggested by the seller.

• I have tested multiple pairs (XAUUSD, EURUSD) and settings.

• The issue persists: the indicator is unusable for live trading.

• The seller refused my requests to provide a live screen recording to prove the indicator functions on his end, despite my repeated asking.

2. Review Manipulation (Market Violation) After I left a negative review detailing the technical issues, the seller deleted the product listing and republished it as a "new" product. This was done specifically to erase my honest feedback and deceive future customers. I have evidence of the previous chats and the sudden product removal.

3. Severe Abusive Language and Professional Misconduct When I confronted the seller about the lack of support and the reposting of the product, he became extremely hostile and used profane, abusive language.

Quotes from the seller in our private chat (Screenshots attached):

• "Are you schizophrenic? Now fuck off and face your lies, you despicable human being."

• "You're nothing but a waste of time."

• "You're just a pathetic person who thinks you bought me for 50 bucks."

• "I don't even care if the program works or not."

This behavior is a clear violation of the MQL5 Community Rules regarding respect and professional conduct.

Conclusion I have been patient and tried to resolve the technical issue for over a week. The seller has admitted he "doesn't care if the program works," has manipulated the market system to hide reviews, and has verbally abused me.

I kindly request:

1. A full refund of my payment.

2. Appropriate sanctions against this seller for his abusive behavior and marketplace manipulation.

i never says that the signals where coming up stop lying. i say for 100 times now that there where nog new signals generated . EVER. i told you from the beginning. and if the software was ok why make 2 updates. so you need to stop lying and deleting products so you negative review is gone.

Whatever you sent proves absolutely nothing to me. I want a simple, 1-hour screen recording of XAUUSD on the 1-minute timeframe. Just let the chart run. Do not refresh, and do not switch timeframes. Just leave it alone so we can see if new signals actually appear live.

Only then can I see if it works or not. Do that, and we can settle this. So, no mouse clicks. Just put the chart on the screen and let it run for 60 minutes straight without touching the timeframe. That way I know if it truly works, and I can compare it to my situation

I don't have an hour to spare for someone like you. An 8-minute video is more than enough for you. Now watch this video. You owe me an apology for the scenarios you made up to smear my profile and disparage my products with the ridiculous and false information you conjured up in your head.

I tried to support you for a week. If the Terminal Build wasn't up to date, I wanted to help you by updating the version. But you directly accused me of being a fraud and a liar, and as if that weren't enough, you made false accusations about all the products on my profile and wrote lies.

This algorithm, which works flawlessly on my screen and many of my friends' screens, is an indicator I developed on TradingView in 2022.

This indicator has reached over 100 users so far, and you are the only one experiencing such issues. This is my final response to you. You are now on your own with your problem. If you have any issues, seek support from MQL5.

Was it really that difficult to make the video I asked for multiple times? Please don't start with the 'I just wanted to help' act now, and suddenly claiming the terminal build is incorrect. I asked for your help, and all you said was to reinstall MT4 and try again. After that, you just said I could change the settings, and then you blocked me. So please don't act like you are being falsely accused.
