Try to download it from inside Metatrader 4 on windows , search for it in the Market tab , you must be loged in with your user(not email) and password from the mql5 website .

You must login into mt4 with your username(not email) and password from the mql5 website in order to be able to download market products . Go to  : Tools / Options / Community into mt4 and login there . If you still can't find it , restart mt4 after you login .

Thank you for the fast response. Yes, I realise that I have a problem downloading any EA through web browser for some reason. Downloading from inside MT4 works OK.

Hi , it does not have an expiration date , it is not allowed by mql5 . The only thing is that the set files might need improvement over time .

If the smiley face of the EA is smiling , it should be ok , it will take some time . Take look in the Journal and Experts tabs and see if there are any error reports .

On a standard account , minimum capital would be around 100$ per pair (forex majors) using 0.01 lot . Gold is more volatile , so at least 150$ , using 0.01 lot size . If we take worst case scenario , about 350 $ minimum capital would be required for your selection . 
Yes , it can also be used on a cent account , but if your minimum lot size is 0.1 , then the minimum capital would be 10 times higher . 
These numbers are valid if you use the EA once per pair . If you decide to use both set files provided in the first comment , then the risk might be increased , so more capital might be required . If you will use more than one setting per pair , do not forget to change the Magic number (Expert ID) , so that orders don't get mixed up .
