Acabo de tener un problemilla con este producto. Y DIGO BIEN: He tenido un problemilla. Porque a pesar de presentar una incidencia por el mal funcionamiento del EA no lo he hecho a modo de queja si no a modo de PETICIÓN DE AYUDA. Pues bien... Voy a dejar constancia del trato que se me ha dado en mi gestión: Por lo visto el equipo de BATIK debía estar muy ocupado porque no me acababan de atender en serio y yo me empezaba a sentir despreciao por ellos y empecé a creer que no me ayudarían. A decir verdad yo no soy un inversor profesional y la importancia que mi caso debería tener en un equipo de profesionales como ellos debería ser mínima...además yo vivo a 6000 km de ellos, entonces soy insignificante...Y así es como me he sentido...POR HACER CASO A MI CABEZA DE MAJADERO Y POR SER "MAS LISTO QUE LOS DEMÁS"! PORQUE LA REALIDAD HA SIDO MUYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY DIFERENTE. Ellos tan GIGANTES en el momento que han tenido un hueco para atenderme me han hecho sentir DE SU FAMILIA. No se si ha sido TJIA o el equipo por medio de su cuenta que me han tratao como si fuese su primo pequeño...No me han dejao de la mano en ningún momento, han desarrollao medidas para mi caso, han intentao una y 10 medidas diferentes...ME HAN ANIMAO,APOYAO Y EMPUJAO HACIA ADELANTE CUANDO YO ME QUERÍA RENDIR Y MANDAR EL EA A PASEO. PERO DE DONDE HABEIS SALIDO AMIGOOOOOOOOOS??? SOIS ORO PURO!! Y PARA DEJAR CONSTANCIA DE ESTO VOY A SUBIR UN DOCUMENTO PORQUE HAY CIERTOS MOMENTOS QUE SU AYUDA NO ERA SOLO PROFESIONAL...ERA MAYORMENTE HUMANA. SI, YA SE QUE ESTOY ESCRIBIENDO MUCHAS MAYÚSCULAS PERO ES QUE QUIERO RECALCAR LO IMPORTANTE Y VEO QUE ES TODO EL MENSAJE jejeje. EN SERIO TJIA: GRACIAS...DE CORAZÓN. PARA MI EL DOCUMENTO ES MUY IMPORTANTE PUBLICARLO ,así que si no funciona...NO PARO HASTA QUE PUEDA REVELAR LO QUE SIENTO.
