Know what the trade costs before you take it.

10 Lives Trade Panel is a chart-based trade planning, risk-management and execution tool for MetaTrader 4.

Instead of thinking only in percentages or lot sizes, the panel introduces a simple Lives-based approach to risk management. Your account is represented by a configurable number of Lives, giving you another way to understand the monetary risk of each trade before committing to it.

Think in Lives, Not Just Lots

The panel continually calculates your current Lives based on your account position and configured risk model.

Lives can be fractional — for example:

2.84 Lives

This is important because the panel can calculate Recommended Risk (R-RISK) and Recommended Reward (R-REWARD) values designed to account for the fractional part of your current Lives.

This gives you a clear monetary reference when planning the next trade.

See the Trade Before You Take It

Create the trade directly on your chart using movable trade lines.

Two setup modes are available:

MARKET
Plan a trade using the current market price together with Stop and Target levels.

ENTRY
Plan a pending trade using separate Entry, Stop and Target levels.

Move the lines directly on the chart and the panel recalculates the trade information.

Before execution you can see information including:

• Calculated lot size

• Margin required

• Stop distance

• Stop cost

• Target distance

• Target value

• Estimated commission

• Total capital used

• Current Lives

• Risk

• Recommended Risk

• Reward

• Recommended Reward

• Risk-to-Reward ratio

This allows you to inspect the financial impact of the planned trade before pressing TRADE.

Recommended Risk and Reward

10 Lives Trade Panel doesn't only display the risk entered on the chart.

It also calculates R-RISK and R-REWARD values from the Lives model.

These values are particularly useful when your current Lives contain a fractional amount and provide an additional reference for planning the next trade.

AUTO-R/R

AUTO-R/R allows the panel to use its recommended risk/reward calculation when positioning the target.

This provides a quick way to align the planned target with the current Lives calculation.

AUTO-TL

AUTO-TL provides an additional automatic target-line option for faster trade planning.

You remain in control of the final trade setup and can reposition the chart lines before execution.

Chart-Based Execution

Once the trade has been planned and checked, it can be submitted directly from the panel.

The panel determines trade direction from the relationship between the Entry, Stop and Target levels.

The workflow is deliberately simple:

SETUP → POSITION → CHECK → TRADE

Broker-Aware Trade Protection

The panel includes safeguards intended to reduce common execution problems.

These include:

• Broker minimum lot checking

• Broker maximum lot checking

• Broker lot-step normalization

• Stop-level validation

• Pending-entry validation

• Price refresh before execution

• Controlled retry for selected price-related execution errors

• Protection while lot size is still being calculated

• Invalid trade-setup checks

Importantly, if the calculated safe lot size is below the broker's minimum permitted lot size, the panel will not increase the position simply to satisfy the broker minimum. The trade is rejected instead.

Price Alarms

Two movable horizontal alarm lines can be placed directly on the chart.

Use them to define price levels you want to monitor while continuing to work from the same chart.

INFO and Lives Management

The INFO section provides additional tools for managing the Lives framework.

Depending on the current account calculation, the panel can display information relating to the working value of a Life and provide options for resetting or adjusting the Lives reference.

Available functions include:

• View current Lives information

• Reset Lives from the current account position

• Set your own working value within the calculated allowance

• Work from the calculated available value

• Review a possible Pay Rise in the working value of a Life

The Pay Rise feature is a money-management calculation. It is not a trading signal or prediction of future performance.

Safe Setup Deletion

DELETE clears the panel's current chart setup.

For pending orders created by the panel, order identification is used so the panel does not simply delete unrelated manual pending orders or pending orders belonging to another Expert Advisor.

Designed to Stay Out of the Way

10 Lives Trade Panel is intentionally compact.

Rather than permanently covering a large section of the chart, the interface can remain discreet and expand when its controls are required.

This keeps the focus on the chart while still providing detailed trade and risk information when needed.

• Additional target pips for commission recovery

• Trade-line colours and styles

• Alarm-line appearance
