Samurai Gold Scalper

Patience. Precision. Discipline.

Most gold scalpers trade all the time. Samurai Gold Scalper spends most of its time waiting. When eight safety filters agree that the market is clean, it acts: an entry on a momentum breakout, an immediate

stop loss, and a trailing exit that follows gold as it runs.

THE THREE PRINCIPLES

Patience: wait for the right moment.

No trades in thin sessions, around high-impact news, on holidays, during spread spikes or abnormal volatility. When conditions are wrong, the EA removes its orders and waits.

Precision: strike on momentum.

A trade only opens when gold actually breaks out with momentum, so there's no guessing and no counter-trend entries.

Discipline: protect every trade.

Every position has a stop loss from the first second. A trailing stop then locks in profit as price moves, and optional daily profit and drawdown limits end the trading day automatically.

No martingale. No grid. No averaging down. One trade at a time, always with a stop loss.

EIGHT PROTECTION LAYERS

1. Session filter: trade only during the sessions you choose.

2. Weekly schedule: separate trading hours for each day of the week.

3. High-impact news protection: no new entries 90 minutes before and 90 minutes after high-impact events.

4. Holiday control: avoids low-liquidity holiday periods, plus your own dates.

5. Spread protection: blocks entries when the spread is too high or spikes against its normal level.

6. Candle size protection: pauses after unusually large candles, so it doesn't chase spikes.

7. Tick flow protection: pauses when market activity is abnormally fast or abnormally quiet.

8. Volatility protection: pauses when short-term volatility becomes dangerous.

RISK AND CONTROL

- Lot size from a % risk per trade, or a fixed lot

- Stop loss: automatic or fixed

- Take profit: automatic, fixed or off (the trailing stop handles the exit)

- Trailing stop: automatic, fixed or off

- Trade direction: Buy only, Sell only, or Buy and Sell

- Optional daily profit target and daily max drawdown: when a limit is reached, trading stops for the day and open trades can be closed. Useful for accounts with daily loss rules.

TRADING PANEL

A compact on-chart panel shows whether the EA is ready, or exactly why it is paused. It also shows the live spread, today's profit or loss, your daily limits, open positions and the next high-impact news

event. The panel is hidden in non-visual backtests to keep them fast.

RECOMMENDED SETUP

- Symbol / timeframe: XAUUSD (any broker suffix), M1, one chart

- Account: low-spread ECN/raw account. Hedging and netting are both supported.

- VPS: strongly recommended. A scalper depends on fast, stable execution.

- Deposit: from 500 USD; 1,000 USD or more recommended

- The default settings are the backtested settings. Start with 0.5-1% risk per trade.

BACKTEST

MT5 Strategy Tester, XAUUSD M1, every tick based on real ticks (100% history quality), 2026.01.01 - 2026.09.01, 1,000 USD deposit, 1% risk per trade, default settings:

- Profit factor 3.82, 505 trades, 69% winning trades

- Maximum balance drawdown 4.41%. Maximum relative equity drawdown 34.9%, which occurred early in the test at a small balance.

Backtest in "Every tick based on real ticks" mode. "1 minute OHLC" is not reliable for a scalper.

Please keep realistic expectations. The results compound the risk per trade, and live trading includes slippage, variable spreads and commissions that the tester cannot fully reproduce, so live results will

be lower than the backtest. In the Strategy Tester the news filter uses a built-in schedule of major US events, because the economic calendar is not available there. Live trading uses the full MQL5 economic

calendar.

Which broker should I use?

Any broker with low spreads on gold and fast execution. ECN/raw accounts are recommended.

Can I run it on other symbols?

It is designed and tested for XAUUSD only.

Does it use martingale or grid?

No. One trade at a time, always with a stop loss.

Will it trade during news?

In live trading, no new entries are placed in the 90 minutes before and after high-impact events.
