The Gold Cinematics is a short-term intraday system for XAUUSD that runs four independent buy strategies from a single chart, built with the rules of funded-account programmes in mind.
Gold rewards precision and punishes improvisation. The Gold Cinematics waits for one specific kind of moment in gold's behaviour and acts only when its conditions are fully met. When they are not, it stays out. Every trade has its risk defined before the order is sent.
Fewer, cleaner trades. Risk known in advance. Nothing hidden behind the equity curve.
Four strategies, one chart
- Four buy strategies working on M1, M5, M15 and H1.
- Each one has its own timeframe, settings, magic number, stop loss, target and time limit.
- They never share a position and never interfere with each other.
- Any strategy can be switched on or off on its own.
- The system is calibrated to run with all four active: where one waits, another may find its opportunity.
Precision on every trade
- One position at a time per strategy. No stacking, no pyramiding.
- A real stop loss is placed on the server the moment the position opens.
- Stop loss and target are set as a percentage of price, so the risk-to-target ratio stays the same whether gold trades at 2,000 or 5,000.
- Every trade has a maximum lifetime. If the target is not reached in time, the position is closed.
- A cooldown after each entry, so the same strategy does not chain trades together.
- Optional break-even, disabled by default.
Risk management that adapts to your account
- Automatic lot sizing (default): each lot is calculated from a risk percentage of your balance, measured at the stop loss of that strategy. As the balance changes, the lot size follows it.
- Each strategy has its own risk percentage, and a maximum risk per trade protects the account. If even the minimum lot would exceed that limit, the trade is skipped.
- Manual mode is also available, with a fixed lot per strategy.
- Daily loss limit: if the account loses more than the configured percentage, the EA closes its positions and pauses for 24 hours.
- Weekly session window: no new trades near the weekly close, and every position of the EA is closed at the configured hour on the last trading day.
- One copy per symbol: if the EA is attached twice to the same symbol, only one copy trades.
Suited to funded-account programmes
- Defined risk per trade, with a real stop loss from the first second.
- Daily loss limit you can set to match your programme's rule.
- No martingale, no grid, no averaging down, no recovery cycles.
- Bounded exposure: one position per strategy, maximum risk per trade known in advance.
- Weekend flatten for programmes that do not allow holding positions over the close.
Every programme has its own rules. Review yours and adjust the daily loss limit and trading hours before you start.
Full visibility on the chart
- The panel shows the status of the EA, the lot mode, the risk or lot of each strategy, today's result and how much of the daily loss limit has been used.
- Skipped signals monitor: when a valid signal cannot be traded (market closed, insufficient margin, risk above the limit), the panel shows the count per strategy and the reason.
Requirements
- Symbol: XAUUSD. The exact broker name is set in the parameters, so XAUUSD.m, XAUUSDm, GOLD and similar names are supported.
- Contract size: 100.
- Platform: MetaTrader 5, hedging account.
- Chart timeframe: any. Each strategy reads its own timeframe by itself.
- Recommended minimum balance: 300 USD. The default risk settings are prepared for this balance with all four strategies active.
- A broker with low spread on gold (ECN or raw spread) is recommended.
- A VPS or an always-on computer is recommended.
Getting started
- Open the XAUUSD chart on M1, M5, M15 and H1 and let the terminal download the history.
- Attach the EA to a single XAUUSD chart, on any timeframe.
- Check that the symbol name in the parameters matches your broker.
- Choose the lot mode. Automatic is the default; in Manual mode, set a lot size that suits your balance and your broker's minimum lot.
- Check that the weekend close hour matches your broker's gold trading hours (server time). The defaults are set for GMT+3 servers.
- Leave it running. The EA manages all four strategies on its own.
The settings arrive already calibrated. No optimisation is required to start.
