S&R Trendline Scalper Pro v1.2 is a multi-function MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor designed for traders who want to combine market structure, Break of Structure (BOS), Supply & Demand, and manually drawn trendlines in one trading system.

Instead of relying on a single entry method, the EA provides two trading engines: automatic BOS breakout trading and manual trendline touch trading. It also includes automatic trade protection, chart controls, structural profit-target visualization, and a live trendline information HUD.

Key Features

Automatic Break of Structure Detection

The EA continuously analyzes price structure to locate confirmed minor swing highs and swing lows. When structure is broken, it identifies and displays the most recent Bullish or Bearish BOS on the chart.

Pivot strength, historical lookback and BOS confirmation behavior are configurable.

Supply & Demand Zone Identification

Following a structural break, the EA automatically searches for the corresponding market area and displays:

• Demand Zone following a Bullish BOS

• Supply Zone following a Bearish BOS

The zone boundaries use the full high-to-low range of the identified origin candle.

Structural Profit Target

The EA can automatically display the next structural profit-target level beyond the detected BOS, giving traders an additional visual reference for potential trade management.

Manual Trendline Auto-Trading

Draw your own trendline on the chart and allow the EA to monitor it.

When Candle 0 reaches a manually drawn trendline within the configurable touch buffer, the EA can automatically execute the appropriate BUY or SELL trade.

This combines manual technical analysis with automated execution—you determine the trendline, while the EA monitors price and handles the entry.

Trendline Distance HUD

A built-in information panel dynamically displays:

The status can indicate Buy Ready, Sell Ready, Wait, or No Line, helping you quickly see how close current price is to your manually drawn trading levels.

BUY / SELL Direction Control

A convenient chart button allows you to control the permitted trading direction.

BUY selected: SELL entries are blocked.

SELL selected: BUY entries are blocked.

This gives discretionary traders the ability to establish their directional bias while allowing the EA to handle execution.

ON / OFF Trading Control

Enable or disable new automated entries directly from the chart without removing the Expert Advisor.

Automatic Stop Loss

The EA can automatically apply a configurable Stop Loss to positions on the current chart symbol.

Automatic Trailing Stop

Once a position reaches the configured profit threshold, the EA can begin dynamically trailing the Stop Loss as price continues moving in the trade's favor.

PROFIT Button

Quickly close profitable positions on the current chart symbol using the dedicated PROFIT chart button.

CLOSE Button

The CLOSE button provides fast manual control when you want to close the open positions on the current chart symbol.

One-Position-at-a-Time Protection

The EA checks for an existing position on the current symbol before opening another, helping prevent multiple simultaneous entries from the different trading engines.

Broker-Compatible Volume Handling

Trade volume is automatically normalized according to the symbol's:

Minimum volume
Maximum volume
Volume step

This improves compatibility across different brokers and trading instruments.

Automatic Margin Protection

Before submitting an order, the EA calculates the required margin and compares it with available free margin. If sufficient margin is unavailable, the trade is skipped rather than forcing an invalid order request.
