The EA compiles with flexible defaults, but for the most stable equity curve and fewer false signals on H1, use these settings:


• TrendFilter      = Strict (0)                  ← changed from default

• NoTradeStartTime = 00:00

• NoTradeEndTime   = 00:00                       ← full trading day allowed

• HalfRisk         = true

• TP_Multiplier    = 0.5

• BreakevenMultiplier = 0.5

• DollarRiskPerTrade = 10–50 USD (adjust to account size)

• RiskMode         = DollarRisk (or PercentRisk)


How to apply:

1. Attach EA to XAUUSD H1 chart

2. Expert Properties → Inputs tab → Load → select "XAUUSD_H1_Optimal.set" (included in download)

   OR manually set the values above


These settings are backtested & forward-tested for XAUUSD H1. Other timeframes or symbols may require different tuning.


All other parameters can stay at defaults unless you want to experiment.
