🐕 Why I released WIF right now
Friends, let me explain the logic behind this launch.
The usual playbook for EA developers goes like this: wait several months for a nice-looking curve to form on the signal, then publish the product. And if a drawdown happens along the way — just restart the signal and wait again until the picture looks perfect.
I did it differently. I published the system essentially right away, together with the signal — even though there was a small drawdown of a few percent at the moment of release. I didn't wait for a pretty chart.
How much do I believe in this system? Look at the signal balance — 🟢 $8,000 🟢. That's not a token demo account for show.
And the key methodological point: optimization was done from 2022, while testing goes back to 2008. The system has been validated on history more than 4x longer than the optimization window. That points to a low probability of overfitting and a high probability that the behavior is genuinely robust, rather than curve-fitted to one convenient stretch of market.
In my view, this kind of launch is more honest than most. Let the curve be live, not painted.
