Started using it since 1 month ago. However the new update wasn't stable. Following are the problems i encounter:

1. Additional trades on my slaves side

2. Trades are not open on my slaves side

3. Trades on my slaves side are closed very late, more than 1 hour later. From winning trades become losing trades

4. When trades are not copied to my slaves side, i have to refresh the template with the trade copier on the master's side to trigger the trades

6. Trade copier crashed one night, they are unable to connect to the server at all.

 So far.. I couldn't get a resolution to any of these problems, and Kevin is not replying on Skype either.

 can I use it as a signal provider from many mt4 ? Or I can only use it as a signal provider from the mt4 I bought ?

I mean after I buy from Mt4_1 , and later Mt4_2 want to be a signal provider , is it possible ? or i need to buy it again from Mt4_2 ?

Can you exactly explain path that signals goes between provider, broker and reciever.

What is interfer to the speed/latency of copy?

Does signal of provider goes directly from his MT4's to reciever's MT4 or MT4_Provider->broker_of_provider->MT4_Provider-> then Trade Copier start to play...

Do i as provider/reciever always need to be connected to your site/server? If so how about uptime?

Or how it all work in your software?

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing Unlimited Trade Copier Pro, I would like to use the Free Copier/receiver on the slaves.

Will they work to the full capacity or is there another product I need for the Receivers?

I don't want to give them the Unlimited Trade copier Pro, as it will be to confusing for them.

Also,  The receiver seems to need to keep his computer on.. 

How do we setup that the receiver will receive copy trades without having his computer on.

Is there another package or do we need to change the setup?

I installed the provider on my MT5 and the Trade copier Demo on my MT4, but it's not seeing the provider when searching.

Does this not copy trades from MT5 to MT4?

Also, will the copier work if the receiver is not logged in.  eg can we copy trades to the account without the user loading it on their computer?

The receiver have full options to change the lotsize.

The receiver need to keep the copier running all the time on his MT4.
