Congratulations to all the users who have been coming with me since the very beginning! We did a really good job!
Testers and users provide a huge amount of extremely useful information. We are not going to stop and will continue to improve EA "GoldBaron".
Here are some thoughts on this: https://www.mql5.com/en/blogs/post/767185

EA GoldBaron Update 1.3 has been released: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/126753
1) Changed the aggressiveness of reinvestment regimes.
This is due to a sharp increase in volatility for the main working symbol XAUUSD (gold). Large movements can create larger drawdowns. Stability is a priority!
2) Added a volatility filter. You can turn it off in the settings.
Abnormally strong movements can both dramatically increase profits and lead to large drawdowns. If you don't need stability, but your goal is strong emotions and the potential for huge profits, turn off the filter in the expert's settings.
I also want to remind you that the expert has a "OneDirectionOneTrade" filter. This filter will prohibit multiple transactions in one direction. This will reduce the potential drawdown, but the profits will be smaller.

Hit a big jackpot or make a small loss?
The GoldBaron Expert has a subsystem that very rarely places limit sell orders. There were many doubts about adding this algorithm.
Such a deal has been opened today!
The main distinguishing feature is the ratio of stop loss to takeprofit. It's more than 4 !
It also looks a little weird. Why should the price turn around in this particular place without any confirmation?!
In general, we are watching the development of events... https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/2339244
