Sorry I can see the update introduced a condition that stopped this. I will make the change and have it back as before shortly. Sorry about this
I also just noticed that the risk % keeps moving, which is extremely dangerous.

Your Max Daily Loss is not just your open positions. It takes a look at all your trades for the day. If the total loss for the day is more than the number it will close the trades.
If you had winning trades earlier, this is how you can have bigger losing positions than the max daily loss because the total is still less than the max daily loss.
Can you confirm if you had winning trades earlier in the day? Please send a screenshot of your account history

One Order Closes the other. Some people use this when placing pending orders for example on breakouts. You can search its meaning on google
