Risk-Rewards tool is not working well https://prnt.sc/b2mtq-UYtXDL . I m trying to drag and modify, it does not move. Restarting MT4 to didn't work.

This seems to be an issue on some brokers only on XAUUSD. I'm investigating

Hello, watching your video on Youtube gave me so much believe on the software that I didn't even use the trial before purchasing few days ago. But right now I am hoping I haven't wasted my money. See below my concerns:

  1. The software response is extremely slow, The time it takes to respond to my click most times is more than enough to boil a cup of water.
  2. When I place a pending order on mobile it duplicates the order then I have to manually delete one. Imagine if I was in a rush and didn't notice this, then again am wondering what will happen for market execution
  3. Today, the software did something strange, it took entry to BE (as programmed) then started taking multiple partials instead of one 25% partial at activation of BE. 
I would appreciate help on this as I believe this tool has the features I need but if it doesn't work well then it is as good as not having one.

Hi Dane. Fantastic Risk/Reward tool. Thanks. I have just started to implement it and it seems to work well. I can calculate my risk/ reward which is great but when I actually press the buy or sell button to place the trade, nothing happens. I then have to place the trade manually, which in the end isnt a problem, as all the calculations have already been worked out for me, but it would be nice to utilize the tool properly.

@Levi Dane Benjamin The trademanager doesn't calculate lot size correctly for indices. See attached screenshot, my broker uses 10 instead of 1 as it contract size hence the correct lot size should be 0.75
Enter a pending position with a SL. Then check the value of the SL using the values from MT4 and compare. If they are different let me know and show me please

 See attached as requested. it opened 4.70lot (using 1 contract size for it calculation), sl is worth $2350 instead of 0.47 (which is the correct thing since the broker uses 10 contract size) and sl will worth $235. I hope this helps @Levi Dane Benjamin

Hi @Levi Dane Benjamin, any update on this issue? Cos I am thinking of getting the mt5 version but if the issue isn't rectified it won't be beneficial for me cos the new broker uses different contract size for us30, us100, and us500

But will the added features that yours already has. 

You can place a stop level line on the chart and move it where you'd like. Then it automatically and continuously recalculates the lot size before hitting the buy/sell buttons. So the stop is fixed, and the risk for example would be 1% and the lot size auto calculates. 

With your fixed R/R setting the TP would also be set. This would be much better than the TP and SL lines moving with price for a market order.
