Aurora Pulse Gold
Aurora Pulse Gold is an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 with a supplied Gold H1 LONG configuration. The selected configuration uses completed-bar volatility breakouts, an EMA trend filter and ATR-based position management.
The LONG preset evaluates a close above the preceding 40-bar range when the fast EMA is above the slow EMA and the configured slope condition is met. Position size is calculated from account equity and the planned initial stop distance. The configuration uses a 2.5 ATR initial stop and a 4R target, with break-even and ATR trailing rules.
Execution settings include spread and spread-to-ATR checks, broker volume and stop normalization, margin checks, cooldown, daily entry limits and a maximum position duration. The expert also includes daily-loss settings, Friday management and position ownership checks. Planned risk and stop orders do not guarantee the final loss during gaps, slippage or execution failures.
Recommended starting point for evaluation: the broker's Gold or XAUUSD chart, H1, and the supplied LONG preset. Broker symbol names, point sizes, spreads, commissions, swaps and execution conditions differ. The preset is not automatically calibrated for every Gold contract. In particular, its historical spread cap is 1000 points, in addition to the spread-to-ATR filter.
This package uses version 3.00. Code defaults differ from the supplied historical LONG configuration. New entries require InpAllowNewEntries=true and InpEntryArmingConfirmation=AURORA-3.00. Begin with the disarmed review preset, inspect the parameters and test using your broker's data before considering an online account.
Historical reports are simulations using previously observed development data and assumed transaction costs. They are not live results or independent proof of an edge. Data-quality and operational limitations remain. No level of profit or maximum loss is promised. The supplied LONG preset does not establish profitable SHORT performance.
Support is provided through MQL5 product comments and MQL5 messages. Include the product version, symbol specifications, timeframe and relevant settings when reporting an issue. Do not send passwords or complete account journals.
