PYXIS REVERSION Pyxis Reversion is a single-position Expert Advisor for XAUUSD (Gold). It looks for price returning from volatility extremes in the direction of the prevailing trend, manages every trade with a fixed stop loss, fixed take profit and a trailing stop, and never uses grid, martingale or averaging. |
HOW PYXIS REVERSION TRADES
Pyxis evaluates the market at a fixed internal schedule. A trade is considered only when price has stretched beyond its volatility envelope and closes back inside it, confirmed by a higher-timeframe trend filter. When the conditions align, the EA opens one position with a predefined stop loss and take profit. Once the trade moves into profit, a trailing stop locks in gains step by step.
There is only ever one Pyxis position open at a time. No recovery legs, no lot multiplication, no hedging of losing trades.
HOW TO USE
1. Attach Pyxis Reversion to any XAUUSD chart (any timeframe; signal evaluation is handled internally).
2. Enable Algo Trading in the terminal.
3. Add https://nfs.faireconomy.media to Tools > Options > Expert Advisors > "Allow WebRequest for listed URL" so the news filter can load the economic calendar.
4. Choose your risk in the Risk Settings group.
5. Run the EA on a VPS for uninterrupted operation.
SPECIFICATION
- Symbol: XAUUSD / GOLD (any broker suffix, 2- or 3-digit quotes)
- Chart timeframe: M15
- Account type: hedging or netting
- Recommended deposit: from 1000 USD at the default settings
- Leverage: 1:100 or higher
- Spread: built-in maximum spread filter
- Positions: one at a time, fixed SL and TP on every trade
