Account Requirement — IMPORTANT:
This is a scalping bot with a very tight Take Profit (base TP is under 10 pips on Gold). Because of this, it must be tested on a raw/zero-spread (ECN-type) account, not a standard spread account.

Reason: most standard Gold accounts run an average spread of 5–6 pips. Since the bot's TP is smaller than 10 pips in most trades, that spread eats a large portion of the profit target on every single trade — this materially affects win rate, average profit, and overall backtest/live results. A raw-spread (near-zero spread, commission-based) account is required to get results representative of the strategy's real edge.

Testing Requirements:

• Symbol: Gold (XAUUSD)
• Account type: Raw/zero-spread account (spread ≈ 0, commission-based)
• Test on two account sizes:
  1. Minimum $10,000 standard account
  2. Minimum 10,000 cents cent account
• Timeframe: M15
• Please run over a meaningful sample size (several months of data / enough trades to be statistically valid)

Overview

This Expert Advisor is designed for the Gold (XAUUSD) market and uses an indicator-based entry model combined with candle confirmation to identify potential trade setups. The system manages position sizing automatically as a percentage of account balance, rather than using a fixed lot size, and only holds one position at a time.

How It Works

The EA analyzes price momentum using a technical oscillator together with recent candle behavior to time entries. Take-profit and stop-loss levels are calculated automatically based on a percentage of the account's reference balance, so risk scales with your account size rather than requiring manual configuration for each symbol or account type.

The EA also includes an adaptive position-management mechanism: after a losing trade, it can adjust the size and risk profile of the following trade(s) as part of a structured recovery sequence. This means risk exposure is not uniform across all trades — some trades carry meaningfully higher risk than others as part of this mechanism. Traders should fully understand this behavior before using the product on a live account.

Positions are also time-managed: a trade that has not reached its take-profit or stop-loss by the time a new signal appears on a later day is closed at the prevailing market price, and the EA proceeds according to its internal logic from there.
