Market Pulse Scanner v2 — 6-Factor Market Analysis Dashboard

Before you take a trade, you need to know: Is there a trend? How strong is it? Is the market structure supporting it? Is volume confirming? Is volatility right for trading?

The Market Pulse Scanner answers all of these questions in a single on-chart dashboard. Six independent analysis components score the market from 0 to 6. Strong signals only fire when most components agree.

THE 6 COMPONENTS

1. TREND DIRECTION EMA stack (20/50) with ADX confirmation. Shows BULLISH, BEARISH, or NEUTRAL with ADX value and direction (rising/falling).
2. MARKET STRUCTURE Break of Structure (BOS) and Change of Character (CHoCH) detection. Confirms whether price is making structural progress in the trend direction.
3. AMDX CYCLE Accumulation-Manipulation-Distribution-Expansion cycle detection. Shows which phase the market is in and whether momentum is building or fading.
4. BUY/SELL PRESSURE Measures the balance between buying and selling pressure over the lookback period. Shows percentage split (e.g., "Buy: 72% | Sell: 28%") and which side dominates.
5. VOLATILITY STATE ATR-based volatility classification: LOW (choppy — avoid trading), NORMAL, or HIGH (trending — good for entries). When volatility is low, all scores reset to zero — protecting you from choppy markets.
6. SCORING SYSTEM Each component contributes to a bullish or bearish score out of 6. The dashboard shows both scores side by side.

SIGNAL LEVELS

STRONG BUY/SELL = 5-6 components align BUY/SELL = 4 components align NEUTRAL = fewer than 4 agree — no trade

The signal box at the bottom of the panel changes color to match: green for Strong Buy, blue for Buy, red for Strong Sell, orange for Sell, gray for Neutral.

USE CASE

This is NOT a signal generator with arrows and TP levels. It is a SCANNER — a pre-trade analysis tool that tells you whether conditions are right before you look for entries.

Workflow:

1. Open Market Pulse Scanner on your chart
2. Check the signal: is it STRONG BUY, BUY, NEUTRAL, SELL, or STRONG SELL?
3. If the scanner shows a strong signal, switch to your entry indicator (Precision Reversal Engine, Dragon Trend System, or your own method)
4. If the scanner shows NEUTRAL or low volatility, stay out

Think of it as your market filter. It prevents you from trading in conditions where the odds are against you.

VOLATILITY PROTECTION

When ATR drops below the low threshold (configurable), the scanner automatically resets all scores to zero and shows LOW (Choppy). This is the single most valuable feature — it keeps you out of ranging, directionless markets where most indicators generate false signals.

SETTINGS

Trend: EMA periods, ADX period and threshold. Structure: Swing length, BOS lookback. AMDX: Cycle period, smoothing, threshold. Pressure: Lookback period, dominance threshold. Volatility: ATR period, smoothing, low/high thresholds. Signals: Minimum score for Strong (default 5/6) and Medium (default 4/6). Visual: Panel position, width, corner. Alerts: Sound alerts with customizable sound files.

INSTRUMENTS

Works on all instruments and timeframes. Recommended on H1 for swing analysis or M15 for intraday.
