Title:
GTC The Stocks Radar
GTC The Stocks Radar is built for two games: trading stocks against their index, and trading altcoins against Bitcoin.
It ranks the 12 leading components of a market by their real strength relative to the benchmark — the Nasdaq-100, S&P 500, Dow, DAX, IBEX, Nikkei… or Bitcoin for the crypto universe. In one clean oscillator you see who is leading the move and who is lagging, so you can side with strength and fade weakness instead of guessing. Rotation, leaders and laggards, extremes and reversions — all at a glance.
Full description:
GTC The Stocks Radar ranks the 12 components of a market in real time by their relative strength against their own benchmark, so you can see at a glance who is leading the move and who is falling behind — the core idea behind sector/stock rotation, now in a single clean oscillator.
Each component is drawn as a line between −50 and +50. Above zero = stronger than the index; below zero = weaker. A sortable on-chart ranking table keeps the current leaders at the top, and optional on-chart labels mark any symbol that pushes into extreme territory.
Key features
- 📊 12 components ranked by relative strength vs the benchmark, as smooth −100…+100 lines.
- 🧭 Multi-universe built in: Nasdaq-100, S&P 500, Dow, Crypto, DAX 40, IBEX 35, Nikkei 225 and a fully Custom list.
- 🤖 Auto universe: the indicator detects the chart’s market and loads the matching universe automatically.
- 🎯 Focus mode: attach it to one of its components and show only that line, highlighted against zero.
- 🏷️ Extreme labels on chart: the leaders/laggards crossing your ± level are tagged directly on the panel (can be turned off).
- 🔔 Smart alerts: popup, push and email when a component crosses your level.
- 🧱 Ranking table with an optional “Radar” strength column (toggle on/off).
- 🔌 Broker-tolerant symbols: auto-resolves suffixes (NVDA, NVDA.US, #NVDA…) and lets you override any ticker per broker.
How to use
- Attach it to your benchmark chart (e.g. the index), on the timeframe you analyze.
- Leave Universe on Auto, or pick one manually.
- Read the top of the table = current leaders; watch for lines rotating from negative to positive (improving) or losing +level and turning back (fading).
Requirements
- The components and the benchmark must be available from your broker (the indicator reads their data). Missing tickers can be mapped with the per-symbol Overrides.
- Works on all timeframes. Opens in a separate window.
This is an indicator (decision-support / rotation analysis), not an automated trading system and not a signal service. Past performance of any instrument does not guarantee future results.
📌 Note — Symbols & Overrides (different brokers)
Each broker names stocks differently (AAPL, AAPL.US, #AAPL, Apple, Apple+, …). The indicator auto-detects the right symbol for your broker, but if any component is not found (shows N/D) or you want to force a specific one, use the Override fields.
In an Override, always type the EXACT symbol of YOUR broker — the one shown in Market Watch (e.g. Apple+ , #NVDA , US30.cash ) — not the generic US ticker. The generic ticker (AAPL, NVDA…) only works on brokers that use real US tickers.
Tip: copy the name directly from Market Watch (right-click → Specification) to avoid typos, extra spaces or wrong case.
The Focus field is more flexible: there you can type the generic ticker, the company name or the broker symbol — any of them works.

- Focus mode: isolate a single component — leave it empty to use the chart symbol, or type a ticker, name or broker symbol.

- Optional “Radar” strength column in the ranking table (toggle on/off).
- Broker-tolerant symbol resolution with per-symbol Overrides for any broker naming.
