Trading Expert Advisor – Capped Martingale Strategy

Problem: With the standard martingale strategy, the biggest issue traders face is that of excessive drawdown when price action is trending and it does not retract to secure a take profit

Solution: The capped martingale strategy. Our expert advisor utilises a “Fixed Take Profit” as per series of trades and secures the gain to a single cycle of trades. Rather than making a profit from then bombarding the account with constant cycles in reference to a typical martingale sequence, we simply secure a fixed TP until the EA is restarted

Advice: As a team of experienced traders one of the best pieces of advice we can give is to use the meta-trader strategy tester to derive the best possible inputs settings. When it comes to the use of our Advisor, we highly suggest using the advisor on a DEMO account for 3-4 weeks before proceeding to live trading

ENTRY PRICE OVERRIDE: Sequence Auto-Detect/Manual Entry of Price Action

LOT SIZE: The starting lot size of the trading sequence

MULTIPLIER: The numerical factor at which the initial lot size multiplies by

STEP DISTANCE: Displays the distance (in pips) at which new steps are opened

TAKE PROFIT: The fixed amount to which the EA closes in a gain

BAR LOOKBACK: Determines price entry via past pivot levels

MAGIC NUMBER: Unique Trading Number (assign a different one if using multiple charts)

MA PERIOD: Identifies the difference between a Bullish or Bearish Market
