Grid Scalp Destroyer v1.12 — Envelope-Based Grid Scalping EA for MetaTrader 5
Overview
Grid Scalp Fx is a fully automated Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 that combines Envelopes indicator logic with grid-based position management. It is designed for volatile and trending markets, covering both breakout momentum and mean-reversion retracement scenarios. A multi-stage entry filter, configurable position scaling and collective basket risk controls are used in both trending and ranging conditions.
Trading Strategy — 3-Stage Entry Filter
The EA builds entries on a three-stage framework using envelope boundaries and an exponential moving average (EMA):
- Stage 1 — Breakout Momentum: opens the initial position when price breaks decisively beyond the outer envelope band.
- Stage 2 — EMA Retrace: manages trend continuations and dynamic pullbacks when price retraces to the core EMA (for example the 5 EMA).
- Stage 3 — Wick Reversal: triggers reversal entries only when a candle wicks through the outer band but closes back inside the operational channel, filtering out false breakouts.
Risk & Basket Management
- Grid scaling: configurable lot multiplier between levels. Note that increasing the multiplier raises exposure per level, so it must be sized carefully.
- Collective basket trailing stop: trailing logic is applied to the total floating profit of the entire basket, not to individual positions.
- Master basket protection: emergency basket Stop Loss and Take Profit in account currency or account percentage.
- Structural hard exit: automatic liquidation of the whole basket when an opposing structural candle closes against the grid logic.

Installation
